It was known thatpolycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) patients have high AMH levels.The aim of this study is to show whether low AMH levels are associated with better clinical pregnancy rates in patients with PCOS. Methods: This retrospective study was performed on 443 patients with PCOS referred to BAU MedicalparkGoztepe Hospital IVF Clinic from January 2015 to October 2020. Participants ranged in age from 18 to 40, had their first two IVF trials, had performed frozen-thawed embryo transfer (FET) cycle at day 5.The diagnosis of PCOS was made using the Rotterdam criteria. Data related to patients' AMH were compared with each other, and based on the value, participants were divided into two groups: the first group was AMH≥7 (N = 49); The second group was AMH.
