Optimized Mark Arrangement for Image Alignment

摘要

A method for an optimized object mark arrangement for image alignment is provided, to enable a more efficient and accurate exposure correction without the need for additional and complex software corrections, and without the need for additional or modified sensor hardware. A more efficient projection process capable of improved overlay is therefore provided.
