摘要

With the rapid development of industrial technology, wastewater pollution has gradually become an important social issue and severely affects sustainable development. Polymer membranes separation technology provides an effective way for industrial wastewater treatment. Herein, 1-butyl-3-vinylimidazole bromide ionic-liquid grafted poly(vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF-g-IL) were prepared by irradiation-induced radical grafting method. The corresponding PVDF-g-IL films were prepared by non-solvent-induced phase separation method and were used to separate dye and emulsion wastewater for the first time. The results indicated that the grafted IL improved the hydrophilicity, porosity and average pore size, water flux, oil resistance, and anti-pollution ability of PVDF films. The PVDF-g-IL membranes exhibit splendid filtration performance for cationic dyes and emulsion wastewater, and the best one can achieve over 98 rejection and nearly 100 flow recovery. This research provides a simple and effective membrane preparation strategy for PVDF-based functional membranes and which behave as potential application prospects in dyes wastewater and oil-water emulsions purification field.
