Russian exports of petroleum coke by rail in September rose from the prior month, as Tatneft’s 280,000 b/d Taneko refnery resumed shipments through the Black Sea port of Kavkaz. Russian railway coke exports reached 190,200t in Septem-ber, up from 170,100t in August, according to freight forward-ing companies. September exports included about 30,000t through Kavkaz, which had not received any coke in August. All of this volume was from the Taneko refnery in Nizhnekamsk, which had not shipped through Kavkaz since March.
