August 2022 imports were 14,699 tons which is 10 above the license number from last month. September licenses were lower at 13,792 tons. The October forecast, with 11 of 21 days counted, suggests 16,487 tons. This latest forecast is early but would be a bump from what had become a consistent level and again possibly a bit high of actual receipts. We will see.
