January 2022 imports were 406,655 tons which is about 20 below the license total published last month. February licenses indicate a drop to 378,248 tons. After 10 of 23 days, the linear forecast for March is way up at 770,000 tons. This is a huge increase, and we would be surprised to see it hold. Energy related products are leading the charge in the early results.
