Lukoil Finalizes Sale of ISAB to G.O.I.

Sicily-Luk-oil's Litasco subsidiary has completed the sale of ISAB Sri to G.O.I. Energy (PCN, 16 Jan 2023, p 1). Located in Syracuse, Sicily, ISAB owns a large petrochemical complex combining refining, gasification and electricity cogeneration units. Its main products are gasoline, fuels, cumene, liquefied petroleum gas and vacuum gasoil.
