Consecutive aggressive bookings in Turkey have lifted imported scrap offers in India, motivating sellers to focus on the better-paying market of Turkey. Conversely, Indian buyers, on the back of slow domestic demand and weakened cash liquidity, are resisting hiked offers and have reduced their intake of materials.
