Method for Collection and Monitoring of Vehicle Occupant Health

This invention describes the use of sensors placed throughout the vehicle to collect and monitor the health of vehicle occupants. This data will be calculated into helpful medical indicators, then presented to the occupants and shared in the in-vehicle infotainment systems, connected apps and with emergency services (if needed). Data will also advise if the driver is in distress and if the vehicle needs to be slowed or stopped until emergency services arrive. Occupants will have the option to collect data from the vehicle to show medical history using the in-vehicle infotainment system and connected apps. This data may also be shared with medical professionals.
