October 2022 import volume was 190,685 tons in this product sector which is almost 30 above the licenses noted last month. The November licenses indicate an increase to 285,035 tons which could be the largest number of the year. The December forecast, given 8 of 21 days tallied, is way up with early licenses leading to a forecast of 266,750 tons. We expect the license pace to soften.
