摘要

The delivered-basis price for 180-cst bunker fuel increased by 1.0 over the week ending Feb. 25 to $317/mt ($47.31/bbl), according to data from SP Global Platts. The delivered price for 380-cst bunker fuel was flat at $305/mt ($45.52/bbl). Both of the price assessments represent a $4/mt (60¢/bbl) discount to prices for comparable products at Singapore, compared to the previous week's $2.25/mt (34¢/bbl) discount. Platts price assessments on Feb. 25 placed 0.5-sulfur marine fuel at $465/mt ($69.40/bbl) on a delivered basis-representing a 6.1 week-on-week decline and a $160/mt ($23.88/bbl) premium over 380-cst HSFO bunkers. The delivered-basis price at Fujairah was $5/mt (75¢/bbl) lower than Singapore prices for the second week in a row. Marine gasoil with 0.1 sulfur at Fujairah was down by 2.4 from the previous week at $615/mt ($91.79/bbl) on a delivered basis while its premium to Singapore prices rose from $120/mt ($17.91/bbl) to $130/mt ($19.40/bbl). The FOB price for 380-cst HSFO saw a week-on-week increase of 2.9 to $292.56/mt ($43.67/bbl). Traders had noted early in the last week of Feb. that demand was softening amid abundant supplies of various grades of bunkers and fuel oils at Fujairah. This sentiment was expressed before prices on all varieties of petroleum products sank throughout the week.
