I wish you, your families, associates and customers a successful 2010, on behalf of the SAE-A Board of Directors and our National Office team. I hope that you have been able to take some time-out over the festive season to re-energise and re-focus on the challenges of this New Year. Without once again repeating the cliches about 2009 and its significant impact on our industry, it is nevertheless appropriate to acknowledge that 2009 will remain a turning point in its history, We enter 2010 with many brands, some iconic, disappearing and others changing hands.
