While roller valvetrain systems are certainly nothing new, It should come as no surprise that the performance aftermarket industry has made, and continues to make, substantial advances in rocker arms and lifters in terms of materials, design, performance and durability. They just keep getting better. Happily, we have so many more choices today as compared to only a few years past, thanks to the continuing efforts by leading manufacturers. Rather than being complacent with established and successful designs that have been around for years, aftermarket development never stops, even with regard to the "mainstay" and venerable small block Chevy engine platform.
