Here we showcase the design of an effective poster and highlight the key learning points. Introduction A patient information open evening was introduced to the department for those undergoing radical radiotherapy to the prostate. The sessions were conducted on a monthly basis with the aim of increasing adherence to the bladder-filling protocol within this patient group (500ml water 45 minutes prior, until ‘comfortably full’). Bladder-filling rationale was discussed with attendees and visualised using anonymised CT and daily CBCT images. A group tour of the radiotherapy department and treatment machines was also offered. 110 patients were included in a 12-month audit: 65 attended an open evening (59) and 45 did not (41).
