Crude prices rose but refning and petrochemical margins are starting to wilt under the pressures of swelling supply and high feedstock costs. Atlantic basin benchmark North Sea Dated climbed by $1.28/bl to $83/bl in the week to 11 November, while Mideast Gulf marker Dubai rose by $1.01/bl to $81/bl. US benchmark WTI eclipsed both, shooting up by $2.78/bl to $81.59/bl.
