PUBLIC PRODUCERS REFLECT ON THEIR 2022 PERFORMANCES

Most of the fourth-quarter 2022 performance reports from the aggregate industry's public producers had not been made available as PQ went to press this month. Two reports, however, had been published: those of Eagle Materials and MDU Resources. Here are rundowns from the two: Eagle Materials experienced good revenue gains in its aggregate and concrete businesses to end last year, reporting that revenue in the two areas jumped 30 percent in its fiscal-year third quarter ending Dec. 31.
