Through the analysis of the causes of waterlogging prone areas,the elastic prevention and control measures of urban waterlogging resistance are constructed,and it is suggested that the distribution area of waterlogging prone areas should be determined first in the overall planning of cities and towns.In view of this area,it is necessary to focus on runoff peak control,improve the design recurrence period of waterlogging prevention and control,and strengthen the one-way overflow connection between the main rainwater pipes inside and outside the area.Rainwater mains are set up separately in important waterlogging areas.Finally,according to the level of waterlogging prevention in the region,various storage,transportation and special emergency discharge facilities are adopted to achieve the goal of urban waterlogging prevention and control.
