Asia Automotive 2000, the second comprehensive trade fair for the automotive industry in the region, was held late last year at the world class Bangkok International Trade Exhibition Centre (BITEC). The fair was again organised by Hannover Fairs Asia Ltd and a total of 238 exhibiting companies from twelve different countries showcased their latest products and technologies in the automotive field. Over 7,100 professionals from 42 countries attended the four day show to make international contacts and collect information on the latest range of products and services offered by the exhibiting companies. aXcessaustralia participated in this trade fair with an impressive stand featuring the aXcess LEV (Low Emission Vehicle, below right). The aXcess stand also incorporated displays from the following component suppliers; CMC Power Systems, Kluber Lubrication, MSX International (incorporating Radial Pacific), Bendix Mintex, Robert Bosch Australia, Schafenacher Australia, Air International, Wesupply, TIFA (Tooling Industry Forum Australia) and Marand Precision Engineering.
