Reuters data indicated margins at Rotterdam in the Netherlands for cracking Brent shrank by $3.21/bbl over the week ending Feb. 21 to an average of $2.67/bbl. Weekly average hydrosltimming margins on Brent at Rotterdam plummeted $3.41/bbl from the previous week to $2.54/bbl.
