摘要

It is difficult to balance the enhancement mechanical property and conductivity of continuous carbon fiber (CCF) in polymer composites. High-performance conductive composites based on CCF with polyurethane (PU) sizing agent and polyamide-66 (PA66) were prepared via twin screw extrusion mixing and injection molding. In order to clarify the mechanism, epoxy (EP) sizing agent and polyamide-6 (PA6) matrix were selected as comparison. The materials present outstanding electrical properties own to the successful creation of uniformly distributed CCF with high conductivity of CCF in PA66 matrix.
