US crude oil inventory builds extended in the week ended Nov. 5, US Energy Information Administration data showed Nov. 10, but steady exports and a bump in refinery demand blunted the seasonal increase. Total commercial crude stocks climbed 1 million barrels to 435.1 million barrels, EIA said, well below the 4.2-million-barrel build averaged over the past five years. The modest build widened the inventory deficit to the five-year average to 6.5 from 5.7 the week prior.
