The International Trade Commission has determined that there is a reasonable indication that an industry in the US has been materially injured by reason of imports of seamless carbon and alloy steel standard, line and pressure pipe from Czechia, Korea, Russia, and Ukraine. Commerce will now move into the final phase of the AD and CVD (Korea and Russia) investigation and is expected to provide preliminary results in the CVD case by December 7, 2020.
