A WATERBUS FOR VENICE

It all started when Andrea Bocchin decided to base his thesis for his degree in architecture on new solutions to the problem of public transportation in the city of Venice, where he was a student. After an initial analysis of the need to abandon outdated traditions and to focus rather on the needs of the user and the operator, the Webia waterbus project took shape, with some inspiration provided by water transport systems from around the world.
