Despite calls for recycling and greater ecological awareness, littering in the streets shows no signs of abatement. Are physical measures such as more garbage bins the only way to cope with this? Although some people mindlessly litter while others clean up after them, one type can become the other depending on the situation. How do these two types of people differ in attitude? Perhaps it comes down to the level of concern one has for one's own city.
