Abstract With the rapid popularization of smart phones and various kinds of apps, many college students are addicted to mobile phones and suffer from "mobile phone dependence", which has become the cause of low learning efficiency. It can be seen that the research on the causes of mobile phone dependence of college students is of great practical significance to improve the learning efficiency and effect of college students. This paper designs a questionnaire from five aspects, such as personal basic situation, entertainment, social interaction, learning and self-management ability. Taking college students as the research object, it conducts an empirical study, explores the causes of college students' mobile phone dependence, and puts forward suggestions and countermeasures to improve their learning efficiency.
