THE 2013 LEXUS GS IS THE FIRST in the next generation of vehicles from Toyota's luxury brand that will feature an all-new design language. So if you don't like the finned and frowning front end on the GS, you might want to rethink your intentions regarding any of the other models. With more than a passing resemblance to the company's LFA supercar, the new GS inherits some of that car's high-performance aspirations - but not in the power department. There is no longer a V8 option on the GS line, but the 3.5-liter V6 was revised with direct and port fuel injection, and it adds 3 hp and 3 lb-ft of torque to max out at 306 hp and 277 lb-ft of torque.
