摘要

A method based on regression model is proposed for calculating hydrocyclones for degassing oils with non-Newtonian properties in film flow mode in a centrifugal force field. The regression model is presented as dependencies of integral separation indexes on the determining similarity number and rheological constants of the oil. Use of the regression model helps create calculation schemes for determining the optimal design and operating parameters of cylindrical hydrocyclones for oil degassing, depending on the specified integral separation indexes at the apparatus outlet.
