Cancer is responsible for more than one in four deaths in the UK 1, and one in five deaths in the USA 2. Prostate cancer is the second most common cancer in men in the US, with just under 300,000 new cases anticipated this year 3. Here, Nallasivam Palanisamy and Han Wei discuss their work, specifically the use of formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) preservation and preparation samples.
