September 2022 import volume was 205,266 tons in this product sector which is almost 10 below the licenses noted last month. The October licenses indicate a further decrease to 146,218 tons. The November forecast, given 9 of 21 days tallied, is way up with early licenses leading to a forecast of 350,209 tons. We expect the license pace to soften.
