Optimization of mycelium cultivation methods for selected species of edible mushrooms

Pleurotus ostreatus,Pleurotus salmoneo stramineus and Lentinulo edodes were cultivated on oat and maize grains under different temp.and light conditions.The most favorable conditions for the cultivation of the mushrooms were found to be 24℃±1 without access to light,and the best structure of the mycelium was obtained on oat substrate.
