March 2022 imports were 15,386 tons which was right on the license number from last month. April licenses are flat at 15,432 tons. The May forecast, with 11 of 22 days counted, suggests 22,394 tons. In an import-dominant market these higher levels are a good sign. This May forecast is the third month in a row with very strong volumes.
