摘要

The golden years. Prime time. Approaching the twilight of a career. This is the anticipated safe haven for the graying and suddenly now "senior" plastic surgeon. But something happened on the way to the office. Documentation has assumed precedence over all else. The "count" has superceded the outcome of the operation, and what were we doing anyway? All these marvels have been facilitated by our zealeus new friend [fiend], the ubiquitous "computer." Every hospital I work at has their own electronic medical records system, with unique physician identification numbers, usernames, and log on codes. None of these are static,, and I would swear [if this weren't a family oriented journal] that the passwords have passwords.
