Midcontinent Independent System Operator day-ahead power prices for Sept. 26 delivery were bearish during the Sept. 23 trading session. The Indiana Hub day-ahead on-peak for Sept. 26 delivery fell $9 to price at $71/MWh. The average daily temperature in MISO was forecast to increase over the weekend to 62.4 degrees Fahrenheit and 63 F before sliding back down to 57.8 F on Sept. 26, according to CustomWeather. In Indianapolis, the temperature highs and lows for Sept. 26 were forecast to remain 2-7 degrees above Sept. 23 temperatures.
