Andy Russell, a retired Cootamundra farmer and grazier, was active in Landcare and other local organisations while in that district. Now living in Canberra, he is actively involved with Southern Tablelands Ecosystems Park which designed and manages Forest 20 at the National Arboretum Canberra.
