December 2022 imports were 10,572 tons which is about 1,000 tons below the license number from last month. January 2023 licenses were up a bit at 11,519 tons. The February forecast, with 9 of 20 days counted, suggests 15,662 tons. This would be five months in a row where the forecast of early licenses proves to be high when actual imports are reported
