摘要

The large scale production of antagonistic microorganisms is mostly made by solid-state fermentation using locally available agricultural waste materials like farm yard manure, oil cakes, cereal brans and compost. Looking to the multidimensional activities of Trichoderma viride, it was felt essential that the local isolate of T. viride has been exploited. In the present study, conditions favouring mass multiplication of local isolates of T. viride were studied on locally available substrates.
