The Regulatory Horizons Council (RHC), which is an independent expert committee that identifies the implications of technological innovation and provides the UK government with impartial and expert advice on the regulatory reform required to support its rapid and safe introduction, published a report entitled, “The Regulation of Artificial Intelligence as a Medical Device”1 on 30 November 2022.
