Good afternoon to everyone.Hon'ble Union Minister for Chemicals & Fertilizers and Minister of Health & Family Welfare,Dr.Mansukh Mandaviya Ji,the Secretary Department of Fertilizers,Shri Arun Singhal Ji,Shri K.S.Raju,Chairman,FAI,Shri Arvind Chaudhary,Director General,FAI,distinguished invitees and delegates It is a great privilege to express sincere gratitude to Hon'ble Union Minister for sparing his valuable time to be with us at the inaugural function of FAI Seminar 2022,addressing the delegates and distributing the awards.His very presence is source of inspiration for all of us.The initiatives of the Government in the direction of Atamanirbhar Bharat in general and fertilizer sector is evident from the results of policy changes over the last eight years.With additional urea capacity and increasing use of nano-urea,India will definitely be self-sufficient in urea by 2025.India has also taken very bold initiatives for mitigating the impact of climate change.Fertilizer sector will contribute in efforts of Government of India by reducing carbon emission and also help agriculture become climate friendly and sustainable.This will help the country to attain Hon'ble Prime Minister's vison to become net Zero emitter by 2070.
