GRAIN PROPERTY VALUES BOOMING: Institutional and overseas interest is strong

BRISBANE-based valuer, Her-ron Todd White (HTW), has predicted grain properties could increase in value by up to 20% in 1996 in southern Australia. Executive chairman, Kerry Herron, says by southern Australia he means south of Dubbo in NSW, all of Victoria, South Australia andWestern Australia. Herron predicts a number of grain properties will change hands. Buyers, he says, will be adjoining farmers, city investors and some institutions.
