Murrumbidgee Local Health District developed a Mentally Healthy Workplace Framework that comprised three evidence-based interventions that focused specifically on preventing mental ill health and promoting recovery within the workplace. The three-year program is a strategic shift from managing psychological injury to reducing risk of the injury occurring in the first place. The Framework, now in the implementation phase, has seen numerous positive effects.
