New guidelines set the standard

NATIONAL Guidelines for Beef Cattle Feedlots in Australia — second edition, published in February 1997, is now available. This booklet replaces the 1992 National Guidelines, requiring all accredited feedlots to obtain a copy for their Quality Assurance (QA) Manual. QA Manual audits will accord with the second edition guidelines from this time. ALFA has provided complimentary copies as a service to its feedlot members. Additional copies can be ordered for 25 dollar from the Australian Lot Freeders Association office in Sydney or from CSIRO Publishing in Victoria.
