TOO OFTEN we rely on new ideas and technologies to provide a 'quick fix' to the problems that businesses face. The truth is that we have always been, and will continue to be, bombarded with ideas for 'better ways' of doing things in the farm business. The solution is for farmers throughout the industry to adjust to a new philosophy of learning that supports on-going education and re-education of all facets of business management.
