INVESTING in the snackfood processing industry has given a north-west NSW maize-growing family an opportunity to tap into the expanding health food market and broaden their income base. Graham and Shirley McKellar and their sons, Angus and Cameron, have grown popcorn-variety maize on their Spring Ridge farm, Inverary Downs, since the 1960s.
