A NORTHERN NSW farming family has formed an agricultural electronics manufacturing company that now exports Australian-made products to the world. Jim and Gwen Rees, their son, Steven, and daughter-in-law, Sharon, from Croppa Creek in north-west NSW,formed Rees Equipment four years ago as a sideline to the broad-acre cropping enterprise they have run for years on the family farm, Bristol. But the business has grown so rapidly, that they have had to restruc-ture their whole operation.
