WOOLPAK WORKS: No frills, but livestock program does the job

THE LIVESTOCK program WoolPak first came to my notice at the Wool Week Expo at Marcus Oldham College, Victoria, in June. It comes in a four disk set and loads easily through the Run facility on Windows. I trialled the program on a 486 DX/40 system. Ittakes about four minutes to load and the icon can be placed in an existing Windows Agriculture Group. The screen for animals is clean and well laid out. All the activities are on icons on the top row, as well as some instant reports. The tag number hasa two number year then five alpha numeric spaces after that. Extrainformation can be entered in a second tag.
