Tool kits for the initial stage of constructing a model with a limited volume of data are considered, The data generator (a specialized system) is described by means of abstractions of classes, an approach that simplifies the process of modification and refinement of the model in the course of stepwisc modeling. Expert Assistant (a general-purpose system) assists an expert in the development of hypotheses about the model of the object of investigation. The system is a classifier that uses both manual procedures of cluster analysis as well as formal methods for the calculation of the factor space and dendrites.
