Theoretical Foundations of Interference Monitoring of the Onset of the Initiation of a Defect

A technology of interference monitoring of the onset of initiation of a delect through a search for high-frequency spectra of weak components of vibration signals against the background of strong signals is proposed. In the course of monitoring, a technology for the analysis of the degree of reliability of this result begins to function in the newly developed system upon the detection of'"vulnerable points." This procedure is also duplicated repeatedly, which makes it possible to assure the adequacy of any decisions that are adopted.
