摘要

A course-of-value function (enumerator) for the distribution of wavefront vectors, an important tool for the investigation of very-large-scale integrated circuits (VLSI) in statistical control systems, is obtained in the present study. It is shown that the method of identification of sequences by means of the statistics of course-of-value vectors surpasses integrally the method of signature analysis and the counting condition vector method from the point of view of such indicators as the missed error probability. Studies of the enumerator point to a decrease in the total error probability with an increase in the word capacity of the VLSI outlet bus.
