A COMBINED CONTROL METHOD FOR A MULTIFUNCTIONAL LOGIC MODULE

A synthesis of multifunctional logic modules MLM is considered, which perform the function of any finite automaton from a set of given automata in relation to the control input. The control signals are supplied to the control and data inputs of the MLM. A study is made on reducing the number of inputs in such MLM, which involves finding a decomposition for the set of given automata into subsets of combinable automata.
