Evaporation control products on trial

摘要

Three products being mailed by the Desert Knowledge CRC WaterS-mart~(TM) Pastoral Production Project to control evaporation and seepage in dams should interest any farmer or agriculturalist dependent on stored water supplies for production. The WaterSmart~(TM) Project has been trialling the AgFloat evaporation control device on a dam at 'Mt Ive' Station in South Australia, and the Enviro-liner and the E-Vap Cap evaporation control cover on a turkey's nest on NapCo's 'Monkira' Station in western Queensland.
